1. Registration

* Full payment is required by the due date before scheduling your first lesson

* You must start your first lesson within 21 days of completing your previous course

 

2. Course Attendance & Progression

* To continue to the next course package, payment must be made by your current course's final lesson

* A 5% late payment charge applies for payments made after the due date

* If you're planning extended overseas travel, a 50% deposit is required to hold your spot

* Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to info@showningdj.com latest by 2 lessons before your final lesson

 

3. Scheduling & Attendance

* Please arrive 5 minutes before your lesson starts

* Lessons end at their scheduled time regardless of late arrival

* Weekday bookings are arranged directly with instructors

* Weekend bookings require confirmation by 4:00 PM Thursday

* Public holiday slots need 48-hour advance confirmation

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

* Standard bookings: 24-hour notice required

* Weekend/Public Holiday bookings: 48-hour notice required

* Rescheduled lessons must be booked within 3 working days

* Limited to one rescheduling per month

* Additional rescheduling requests will count as a used lesson

 

5. Make-up Lessons

* Available only with valid medical certificate (physical and/or soft copy accepted)

* Covers student or immediate family medical emergencies

* Other reasons considered case-by-case

* Not available for cancellations due to traffic, weather, or work/school commitments

 

6. Promotional Content & Talent Management

* ShowNing DJ Lab may use photos/videos taken during lessons and events

* Opt-out available upon advance request

* Talent management services included from start of course through graduation plus 6 months

* ShowNing DJ Lab handles all external DJ work negotiations during this period

 

7. Package Expiration

* Course packages expire if no lessons are attended within 4 weeks of your last lesson

* No refunds available for expired packages

* Policy applies regardless of advance notice or package duration

 

8. Refund Policy

* No refunds for course withdrawals

* Lessons are non-transferable

* Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable
